2. Return Process

3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued for damaged or defective items only. Since we offer cash on delivery (COD) as the only payment method, refunds will be processed in cash. Once the return is received and inspected, we will arrange for the refund to be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that if the product is not damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

5. Shipping Costs
For eligible returns, we will cover the cost of shipping for the return of defective or damaged products. If the product is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
